I’ve spent the last 17 years building an 8-figure national business I founded from my garage. I've built with one obsession: to build a business that runs as a well-oiled machine with a happy team of colleagues and that allows me to achieve business freedom.
But I’ve also learned you can't wing it to succeed. So I developed the Sherpa Method, a framework to set up a business with freedom in mind, I now gain personal satisfaction by leveraging the same strategies I’ve used to help entrepreneur colleagues find business freedom.

LIKE MANY, A DIFFICULT START...
Early on, it was difficult. At 17, I became the youngest franchisee of Student Painters in the summer of 1992. Although I quickly adopted the organization's systems, I, unfortunately, had some significant setbacks.
That summer, I had to leave the family home because of a significant disagreement with my mother, which impacted my entrepreneurial success.
These dramatic family and business failures stimulated an intense desire to one day launch a profitable business that I would be proud of, despite the personal and professional difficulties experienced.
A METHOD IS BORN...
After ten years in the corporate world, following a company buyout, I come across an innovative food packaging solution and start Solpak
I take care of everything. From finding new customers to taking and delivering orders, to managing budgets and financial statements, my plate is full.. Constant overtime, recurring cash flow issues, no success in sight.
I decide to change my approach and transform my company completely. I study all the management methods and systems out there, slowly integrating the best ones.
I ended up developing my own method, the Sherpa Method, adapted for small and medium-sized businesses.
